This is a poignantly beautiful tribute in art to those who lost their lives at the hands of law enforcement who, at some point, decided to be judge, jury, and executioner to those who were completely innocent or who committed minor crimes for which death was in no way deserved. Beautiful expression by Max Ridenour.
