- From the artists: "Part of the initiative organized by the Uptown Association Kelly Anderson a local artist was paired with LaLa Homemade Ice Cream in Uptown Minnesota to cover the boards. They specifically asked for the phrase “Love Thy Neighbor”. The owner was looking for a simple and colorful graffiti words. It was created with spray paint and outlined with a brush and acrylic paint.
Kelly Anderson is known as Crayon Kelly here in town." - Rights
