2014 and 2020 I Can't Breathe

38th street and Chicago Ave, George Floyd Square, South Minneapolis, MN, USA

A single board of plywood is painted and placed vertically against a wooden fence. The board is divided into three sections by green paint. The first section reads "2014 I Can't Breathe, 2020 I Can't Breathe" in green and maroon paint. The second section reads "People are angry because waiting patiently for 6 years did not work." The last section reads "Stop promising change, #makechange, #patiencedidnotwork." Additional graffiti has been added to the last two left sections.

The dates in the first section of text refer to the police murders of Eric Garner and George Floyd, respectively.
