Description

A single board of plywood is painted and placed vertically against a wooden fence. The board is divided into three sections by green paint. The first section reads "2014 I Can't Breathe, 2020 I Can't Breathe" in green and maroon paint. The second section reads "People are angry because waiting patiently for 6 years did not work." The last section reads "Stop promising change, #makechange, #patiencedidnotwork." Additional graffiti has been added to the last two left sections.
