Text reading "Kobe" references the fatal shooting of Kobe Heisler on August 31, 2019. No charges were filed after Heisler was shot by Brooklyn Center officers. The work was painted by Kobe's father in his memory. Overall, the piece references the ongoing issue of police violence. The boards were removed in August 2020.
