The Time Is Always Right - - Even The Darkest Night - In Progress Your Skin Like The
Coverage
Columbus, Ohio, USA
Description
The Ohio Theatre sign reads "The Time Is Always Right To Do What Is Right - Martin Luther King"
A finished mural on the theatre's plywood panels shows a cloudy blue sky, a sun, yellow triangles, and reads "Even The Darkest Night Will End And The Sun Will Rise."
In-progress murals are to the right. One shows a Black man with a graduate's cap and robe. Blue cursive text above him, so far, reads "your skin like the." Another panel to the right has more text, and has a Black woman.

From the contributor: "My wife and I went downtown to photograph the protest art as we knew that it would not last (for a variety of reasons). The military was still on the streets, a curfew was still in place, and police were still assaulting innocent protestors. Columbus is the capitol of Ohio, so much of this was around the capitol building."
