This is a photo of one of the barricades set up by the Seattle Department of Transportation after an agreement between some CHOP/CHAZ organizers and the city of Seattle. The agreement was controversial and contributed to the ultimate dismantling of the occupation. The city encouraged residents to paint on the new barricades (as opposed to the property around the area).
