Messages on plywood boards covering windows. The left-most board says "Black Power" above a raised Fist. The next plywood board, which covers a door, reads "My City." The next four boards contain various messages including "MPD Murdered George Floyd," "I didn't know breathing was a luxury?", several "BWM" in bubble letters and writing, two 'G' bubble letters with a halo overtop of them, and a cartoon-style portrait. Faint green paint can be seen behind newer messages reading "Pigs" and "Fuck 12."
A single-level raised flowerbed holding a variety of flourishing plant life painted blue with spray painted stencil details. George Floyd's portrait is painted in white, with a yellow halo, flanked on either side by Black power fists in black paint. A wide array of objects have been placed next to and underneath the flowerbed in memory of George, including but not limited to: prayer candles, Buddha statues, plants and flowers, shoes, painted stones, essential oils, and stuffed animals.

The photographer stood outside of Cup Foods in order to take this image. Cup Foods is the corner store that called the police to accuse Floyd of attempting to make a purchase with a counterfeit bill, ultimately leading to the fatal confrontation that resulted in his death.
The mural prominently features a stylized portrait of George Floyd with a halo and angel wings. Next to him is a stop sign that reads “Stop Killing Us”. Floyd is green with a heart below him, and the words “Justice For George Floyd.”

There are two Black men in a tiny square mural. One of the men has a blue shirt and blue fanny pack, while the other man has a red shirt and red hoodie on. Behind both men is a yellow outline of their bodies that look like halos. Further behind the men and is a city background painted in dark blue and purple.

The first is a flower with a tear-shaped middle, and four petals. The center has rings of colors: red, black, green, orange, and white. The petals have the same color scheme, with white accents. Below the flower, in the same spray-paint, is "George Floyd."
The next piece is a blue wildstyle rendering of "George." Purple paint splotches and green lines swirl throughout the word, which sits on a pink outlined purple background. Signed by :Cybin:.
The third piece is a throw-up of orange text shaded with blue. Yellow lining accents the edges of the word, "Floyd." It sits on a pink splatter background and has white sparkles all over. Green bubbles surround the piece.]]>2023-06-16T16:01:34-04:00
